After the failed build of Stumpy, less said the better on that one!, I thought it best to return to what I know best... a White Vitara Tin Top, now why does that ring a bell? A mate of mine had had one around the same time as I had "Bob" the Vitara, and it had been sat in a field for about a year -

I'd helped him fit a 1.5" Spring Spacer lift, a 3" box section body lift and 30"x9.5" (235/75/15) Colway C-Trax tyres, to the same specification as "Bob"... but this white Vitara had then been parked in the field for a year...

So I rang my mate up and arranged to go see it... We pulled it away from the hedge with my GV daily driver and then used the GV to jump start it, and it started first time!

And so, after a bit of haggling, a new Vitara joined the family... ;)
